Another voice on Fossum's "Black Seconds"

Inspector Sejer is likable again, the other characters are interesting and real and Fossum's device of sort of letting you in on the solution ahead of time actually moves the story along and increases your interest. This is as good, I think, as He Who Fears the Wolf--if not even better.
